Most of the approximately 75 employees have been with Riverside for more than five years, and individually have ten to thirty years experience in design, engineering, estimating, and in machining operations skills.

Riverside's modern facility houses twenty milling machines, including 4 and 5-axis machines utilizing the latest technology; eight lathes (including CNC and conventional) with digital readouts and quick-change tooling; multiple grinders with assorted specialties for specific processing; and welding and fabricating equipment, including shears, brakes, and TIG, MIG, oxy-acetylene, and spot welding capabilities.
